Check-in outside of normal hours is available. However, guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Please inform A & B Guest House Cambridge Ltd in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Smoking is not allowed.
It is an offence to smoke or knowingly permit smoking on this premises and anyone who breaches this legislation will be fined up to £2,000.
Guests can smoke outside the property, but we are a non smoking guest house.

Whilst we we happily look after you and your friends, we do not allow parties and events to be held within the guesthouse.
We also do not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Also, see our quiet hours policy.

Please check out before 10:00 AM.
If this is going to be a problem, please discuss during booking or check-In as measures may have to be put in place if a late check out is agreed.
